Everything in the celestial realm is inherently romantic. To countless girls, the fleeting streaks of meteors across the sky are the epitome of that romance. Darlene captures this magic through lines that trace the contours of dreamlike stars. The bodice is adorned with French crochet and hand-embroidered quartz pink constellations, as if dancing within a simmering twilight. Pink and pale yellow twin lines spiral around the hem of the skirt, with pearls dotted like the orbits of distant planets. The lower skirt features an asymmetrical design, with openwork corset boning structure fanning out like scattered starlight. Beneath layers of strapless organza, diamonds and pearls shimmer alongside imagined constellations, as if the Milky Way itself has cascaded down upon the wearer, inviting her into a radiant ballet of light.
