Alaiza celebrates the intimate bond between artist and nature, drawing inspiration from the drifting forms of clouds. The off-shoulder silhouette bears cloud-like pleats that bloom like morning mist, soft curves opening a gateway for light. Geometric folds at the torso form an ice- crystal matrix, as if sliced by beams of light, while the mermaid panels channel the surging energy of waves into a silhouette where strength and softness engage in elegant dialogue. The train flows like liquid light, extending through space into a timeless poem. The dimensional beadwork reconstructs the galaxy, with micro-set crystals and beads scattered in irregular density across the fabric, as if stardust falling into morning mist sparks fleeting points of light. With every step, they refract a shifting spectrum, like liquid metal rippling through space. Matte satin layered with translucent tulle evokes fibres of memory, while the pure white hue becomes a liquid canvas recording the passage of light and shadow, transforming the body into a time-traveling sculpture that follows the flow of illumination.
