This is Pivoine, whom the designer affectionately calls her as the Crown of Galaxy. The classic off-shoulder neckline design allows Pivoine to graciously shows her beautiful collarbone. The corset draws inspiration from the Peony Nebula in Milk Way, whereas the beaded embroidery at the chest is designed to resemble the petals of a peony, just like the shape of a crown. The hand-appliquéd peony petals adorned the waist, illustrating a starry river in the night sky. As the peony nebula stars falling into the cosmos, these petals sparkle in the sunlight, adding a touch of unique colour into the romance of space. Various kinds of shapes are arranged in sparse yet orderly and embellished with hand-beaded diamonds, while each diamond lattice pattern is handcrafted by experienced artisans on the pleats. The dress has a textured of metallic tulle and it is adorned with layered pleats along the peony leaf border. Pivoine underwent a transformation symbolising the strength of the pleats, which were sufficient to handle the weight of the crown. This is the galactic world of brilliant stars created by the designer.
